Recommend staying. The place is has upgraded interior while still remaining a typical German guesthouse. Family run establishment is friendly and informative. There is food prepared each evening with locals and visitors alike able to partake. There is plenty of parking in the back and about a 25-30 minute drive to post.

The rooms are all new and modern with ensuite a small fridge compfy double bed it's very quiet and almost a pleasure to be woken buy church bells athough they're very quiet and my alarm was due to go off so I was already awake

It is a typical Bavarian restaurant with a focus on meat dishes. Vegetarians or vegans can probably only eat salad and fries here. The atmosphere is bare, a large, unfriendly room with lots of tables. If you like Bavarian restaurants (I really mean Bavarian restaurants where the target group is not tourism), you can eat well here. Unfortunately, we don't really go with the times. Too bad.
